Friday, September 30, from 6-10pm at the U.S. Navy Memorial Theatre, 701 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, DC. Bianca will make a celebrity guest appearance. A cocktail reception will be held in the theater lobby throughout the evening from 6 -10:30 pm. Formal attire required.
